# HeyLook Terms of Service (User Agreement)

Welcome to **HeyLook**.

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and the **HeyLook Team**. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use HeyLook.

## 1. Services

HeyLook provides:
- Outfit suggestions based on your selected city weather and an occasion;
- A fashion community (posts, guides, likes, comments, saves);
- Direct messages (available without becoming friends, unless blocked);
- 1-on-1 live video after a mutual friend connection.

This version **does not** offer a private wardrobe or clothing-item management. Styling output is inspirational only and is not a professional styling or purchase guarantee.

## 2. Eligibility and Accounts

1. **Age**: You must be **at least 18**. Registration requires that confirmation. We may delete accounts created by minors.
2. **Sign-in**: The supported method is Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for your Apple ID authorization and for unauthorized use that results from sharing it.
3. **Profile**: Nickname and avatar must be lawful. Impersonation and illegal or infringing profile content are prohibited.

## 3. Conduct and UGC Rules

When posting, commenting, chatting, or joining a video call, you must follow App Store Guideline 1.2 and this section.

### 3.1 Prohibited content
You may not upload or share content that:
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or indecent;
- Depicts or incites violence, self-harm, harassment, or hate;
- Promotes fraud, illegal gambling, or unlawful sales;
- Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights;
- Spreads malware, spam, or unlawful misinformation.

### 3.2 Enforcement
- You can **Report** posts, comments, or users. We review reports and remove violating content.
- You can **Block** a user, which immediately hides their content and communication entry points.
- We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts and forfeit virtual balances for violations.

## 4. Virtual Goods (Sparks)

1. Sparks are consumable in-app items used only to generate outfit recommendations after free generations are used.
2. Buy Sparks only through Apple In-App Purchase. Third-party top-ups are prohibited and at your own risk.
3. New users receive complimentary generations. After that, each generation costs 1 Spark. Credited Sparks do not expire.
4. Except where Apple’s refund rules or local law require otherwise, Sparks are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
5. Sparks do not unlock chat, video, or basic community actions.

## 5. Intellectual Property

1. The app’s software, UI, marks, and recommendation logic belong to us or our licensors.
2. You keep ownership of original photos and text you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content in the community.

## 6. Disclaimers

1. Outfit suggestions are generated from weather and occasion data for inspiration only.
2. The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for temporary interruptions caused by networks, maintenance, or events beyond our control.
3. We may change features or these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app.

## 7. Account Deletion

You may stop using the app at any time. Delete your account via **Me → Privacy, permissions & account → Account → Delete local account**. Deletion removes the account and related data and cannot be reversed.

## 8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes should first be negotiated in good faith; otherwise either party may bring the matter before a court of competent jurisdiction.
